I am deeply honoured to have been appointed King’s Counsel.
This designation carries special meaning for me, not as a personal milestone alone, but as a reflection of the values that have guided my legal career from the beginning. Integrity, service, preparation, and respect for the law are principles I learned early and have tried to uphold in every matter I handle.
I am grateful to the Bench, my colleagues in the profession, and the many mentors who have shaped my approach to advocacy. I am especially thankful to Norm Assiff and the entire Assiff Law team for their trust, support, and shared commitment to standing up for injured Albertans when they need it most.
This recognition strengthens my resolve to continue serving clients with care, discipline, and unwavering dedication, and to contribute meaningfully to the profession, to access to justice, and to the broader community.
It is a privilege to do this work alongside people I respect so deeply.
